Some Useful Conversions 

Sometimes i find myself getting annoyed if i'm looking for recipes and they are measured in cups i never have enough effort to actually go and convert the measurements, so here are just a few handy ones.

1 Cup of icing sugar          = 130g

 

1 Cup of plain flour           = 100g

 

1 Cup of self raising flour = 115g

30ml = 1fl oz =         2 tablespoons

 

65ml = 2fl oz =         1/4 Cup

 

80ml = 2 3/4 fl oz = 1/3 Cup

 

125ml = 4fl oz =      1/2 Cup

 

185ml = 6fl oz =      3/4 Cup

 

250ml = 8fl oz =     1 Cup 

 

 

 

Dry 

 

15g = 1/2 oz

 

30g = 1 oz

 

45g = 1 1/2 oz

 

55g = 2 oz
